Harry

Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles in the way he's known to the music world, is an British singing and composing. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. The band is based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England, Styles is the child of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, in which he started his own group of musicians with 3 schoolmates, which was named the White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they were winners. He was always interested in music but also wanted to pursue a career as a lawyer, physiotherapist or even scout. He was employed at a local bakery part-time to support his family financially. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he performed the song Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. That's why his group broke up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he join of a new band, One Direction. The other band members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of this group. The group was formed in the year the year 2010. They performed The Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would be Sucking Without You together with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. As a result, they were among the finalists. However, they finished third place, just behind Rebecca Ferguson. Although Harry Styles and his group didn't win, Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with the Syco recording label.
