Noureen was born to parents in Georgia as an American actor who has Indian roots. Her parents who are both originally from Pune, India have two sisters she is in love with. Because the parents wanted to provide to provide the highest quality education for their kids so they sent them off to the best school in USA. Noureen was born on the 14th of July 1984 New York City in the United States to her Indian parents, giving her a Marathi-Indian ethnicity background. There are two sisters whom she confesses to love the most, and who always support each other when they're doing anything. She speaks fluent Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu.
